About the team:
Indie may have started her transition journey a few years ago, but she does her best to maintain the audacity she developed while trying to live life as a straight man.
She was a finalist in the Wellington Raw Comedy Quest, is putting on two shows at the upcoming fringe festival, has a tendency to perform all over the country, and absolutely credits ADHD for her tendency to overcommit.
Her style of storytelling comedy is inspired by her dog's unrelenting
positivity. She aspires to make you laugh and brighten your day.
Lily Catastrophe is an award-winning international burlesque performer and mischief-maker extraordinaire. She is the new kid in Wellington's comedy block, with a growing reputation after recent international gigs in Canada and being cast as one of the members of CHOP SHOP 2024.
Emma Jean is the comedic gem who washed up on the shores of Aoteoroa just in time for a global pandemic. A proud graduate of the NZ Comedy School, Emma has been tickling funny bones for just over a year now. With her British charm, penchant for quirky observations, and a knack for turning life's mishaps into comedic gold, Emma Jean is here to sprinkle laughter and joy wherever she goes.
Producer Creatif Kate promised herself she would only do one show this year. Someone check on her, for goodness' sake.
