Wow, You've Changed.
In the Special Theory of Relativity, Einstein determined that time is relative - in other words, the rate at which time passes depends on your frame of reference. One person's experience over ten years can differ greatly from another's. We're all on our own paths, and some paths are longer than others, while still fitting into the same length of "time". This kind of introspection can challenge concepts at the core of our identity, like gender, addiction, or the superficial, like mere ageing-
"Yeah, but... I guess I meant, what have you been up to recently?"
"Oh. Nothing much."
"Wow, You've Changed" takes audiences on a hilarious and heartfelt journey through the chaotic lives of two distinctly different - yet alarmingly similar - friends navigating the turbulent waters of addiction, gender identity, and the quest for self-acceptance. This show blends laugh-out-loud moments with poignant truths, showing that growth is messy, change is inevitable, and sometimes the best way to heal is through laughter... while remembering that in the end, we're all just someone's sister's ex. Or, your ex's sister, as the case my be.
